The Board
Every open and settled call is a square. The piece is the rank of the trader who posted it.

Eight moves. No admin, no owner, no oracle committee: one contract and five Uniswap pools.
Post
Pick a market (ETH, SPY, NVDA, AAPL, TSLA in USD), long or short, a horizon of 1h, 4h, 24h or 72h, a stake of at least 100,000 tokens and a thesis of up to 280 characters. The thesis is written on-chain with the call.
Price in
Prices are Uniswap v3 TWAPs on Robinhood Chain, read with
observe(). Stocks are priced in ETH and crossed with the ETH/USDG pool. Your entry is the worse of the 15 min TWAP and the spot for your side, so a pushed price or a move that already happened is never a free win.Wait
No settlement before the horizon. The clock is
block.timestamp: nothing can open and settle in the same block.Settle
Anyone can settle a call during the 6 hours after its horizon. The exit is the TWAP of the 15 minutes that end exactly at the horizon: settling early or late gives the same number, and trading after the horizon cannot move it.
Win
The price moved your way by at least one tick (0.01%): your full stake comes back and your season score rises by the call's points, 10 × √(stake / 100,000) × (horizon + 1).
Lose
Flat or the wrong way: 40% of the stake is burned, 55% goes to the season pot and 5% to whoever settled it (60% to the pot if you settle your own). Your score drops by the same points a win would have added.
Climb
Knight at 100, Bishop at 250, Rook at 500, Queen at 1,000, King at 2,000 season points. A long and a short of the same size net zero points and always burn: farming the ladder costs more than it pays.
Collect
Seasons last 7 days. Six hours after the end, Rooks, Queens and Kings claim the pot pro rata (1, 2 and 4 shares). A call nobody settled in time is voided: 90% back, 10% burned.
